Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

Refunds and returns

Refunds may be accepted at the sole discretion of Ariston Table Tennis Sales if the item is still considered to be in new and unused condition. In order to receive a refund, the item must first be returned to Ariston Table Tennis Sales by the purchaser. Any costs associated with the return of goods will be arranged by the purchaser. A credit or refund may then be applied once the item is received and inspected by Ariston Table Tennis Sales and deemed to be 

(a) Undamaged
(b) Unused
(c) In the same condition as it was prior to being shipped

Refunds and returns for shoes and apparel products

All shoes and apparel returns or exchanges must meet the following conditions of our Returns Policy:

(a) Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days after receiving
(b) The item must be unworn with all original tags attached and in its original packaging
(c) There must be no signs of wear, no damage, no markings on the sole or other area of the item.

A Shipping & Handling fee may be deducted from the original purchase price of the goods depending on total order amount.  Return or exchange of the product is at the purchaser's' expense.

Administration fee on order cancellation/returns

Please note - All refunds on orders placed with PayPal and/or credit/debit card incur an admin fee:

Credit/debit card fee: 1.8%

PayPal fee: 2.9%
